Ethan & Tom @ CKC

Ethan and Tom travelled to CKC for the last round of the Championship and Round 2 of the Winters.

This was to be Ethan's last race in cadets and both boys started strong. With 2x 4th places in the heats Ethan lined up P4 in the final, Tom also had strong heats with a 3rd and 6th to line up P6 in the final. A good opening lap saw Ethan up to 3rd and Tom in 5th before Ethan was spun out by kart #45 in the pit corner to end up last. Tom meanwhile was able to capitalise on the carnage and moved up to 4th. Despite strong pace, and gaining half a lap to the pack, Ethan could only recover from 14th to 10th by the flag. Tom had a great battle chasing down the lead pair and took the line in 3rd, collecting a podium and trophy.
