James @ Rye House

Meeting up with James at the Hertfordshire circuit on a breezy but sunny day, this was the 2nd training session for our young pre-ARKS, unable to do a track walk we were reliant on James showing us his ability and “tidying” up from there. Following a couple of slow sessions a fault in the carb was discovered and following a quick rebuild between sessions we launched him at the track with a new level of power which till this moment he had not experienced. Taking in the tips for the pit end area he begun to develop his consistency well and during the course of the day we removed 8.5 secs from his known best with more to come, with James this is a confidence matter and he is coming on in leaps and bounds, with us returning there soon we anticipate he will be up to mid order running and able to remember where the hairpin braking point is! Lol

James is a great lad with huge potential at such a young age and we look forward to the next session with him
