James @ Rye Test Day

The team turned out in the sunshine again at Rye with James with a simple plan to develop his confidence following a huge “off” several months ago at Mr Hamilton’s former karting favourite.

Having done 1 session previously at Rye we had two areas in particular to work on, James turned it on straightaway and with his dad doing “177” sessions we had a great resource to show James the exact line, being a very slight driver James finds the more technical circuits hard work so his effort in improving his lap times consistently throughout the day were an immense achievement and one with which he can be proud.

James is joining the team to run at CKC with Harry along with Kris and we believe he has strong potential in the future to be a frontrunner, his determination now to achieve shows that he will soon be driving the kart as hard as it can be pushed, the fact that he has continued to get in the kart reflects his tenacious little personality.

Top job James……. still can’t believe you ate the whole baguette at lunch!
